As a program, we want to offer an elite high performance periodized soccer training program to talented Niagara Region males and female players in an environment that encourages a lasting relationship between the player and the game of soccer.

Strategic Goals
Build our Players - Education of our players comes first from the education of the coaches. The NRSP commitment to educate our coaches and our regional club coaches is of the highest priority. Evaluating programs, coaches and players annually is paramount in continuing the growth and success of Regional program player development.
Build the Program – To share the sport with as many people as possible so that all children in the Niagara Region have an opportunity to experience the sport at a high level of competition.
Promote the Sport - by providing high-quality soccer competitions, opportunities and trainings.
